What’s the best manner of learning to day trade the E-Mini S&P futures?
I have some light experience as a day trader but without consistency. I’m looking to learn to day trade like the professionals do on the ES futures market, preferably in the mornings without having to sit on the computer all day.
This depends on the type of learner you are. Some people do better with videos and instantly accessible reference material. Others do better with visual training.
The best way to learn day trading is a combination of the written and the visual. Trading rooms offer one of the best ways – you can see the trades as they occur, ask the instructor questions and compare charts.

Most of the DTTW instruction focuses on making money before noon, doing exactly what you describe, so I think it’s the best fit for your style. Whatever course you pick (there are a few – ATO, Power Price Action, etc.), it will fill in some of the blanks you’re missing from “the game.”
